It's my first visit, i found everything mostly to standard. The interior decor is tasteful and pleasing. I ordered a coffee, it could have been a little warmer, flavour good but for a Flat White it had far too much Crema or froth to the top!

Early morning coffee with a blueberry muffin and a vegan carrot cake this morning. Both food and our coffees were delicious. Our server Sophia was delightful. Excellent customer service with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. She even put fresh water in the dog bowl for our doggo to enjoy. Thank you Sophia and Buna, we’ll definitely be back.

Confirmed: NO BOOKINGS, NO PHONE NUMBER, only walk-ins allowed, like Perch'd Buna (opened a couple weeks ago) has a cosy atmosphere, great restaurant decor, great staff, and good food Plenty of parking around the cafe & shopping blocks, but it did get more crowded at 9:15am. Plenty of seating: Outside Buna next to the outdoor carparks, inside the shopping centre opposite Gilbert's and Sons and inside Buna. Outside seating does not have shade/umbrellas. Suggestion: Shade & umbrellas for the hot days I don't recommend sitting in the 2 x corners of the indoor area, where there is music blaring from the portable speakers on the floor. Suggestion: Speakers be positioned more away from the tables, so the music interferes less with people sitting at the corners Buna was very quiet at 7am, but it became crowded and louder at around 8:30am. There was even a line to order from the counter that reached just the outside of Buna to Gilbert's and Sons at 9:15am. Orders are placed at the counter, and the staff are really friendly that you could strike a conversation with them. I ordered the Buna Brioche ($22) and the large Sticky Chai ($6.20). (Total Price Paid: $28.45 including Card Surcharge.) The waiter spilled a bit of my Sticky Chai as he reached over our table to serve it, but did not negatively impact my experience at Buna. The latte art is beautiful! The Buna Brioche was nice; the bun was a bit crispy and easy to bite into, the ingredients mesh really well and there was plenty of firm bacon The hash browns were delicious and crunchy. The Chai latte was also nice. I also tried my friend's Red Velvet Cookie which was pleasantly sweet and soft Thank you for the lovely brunch experience Can be tweaked per above 2x suggestions if necessary. I would love to come back for lunch Visit Date: Saturday 29 March: ~7:35am
